SHIPPING:
Decorative Concepts Online offers Top Quality Furniture and Design services through our Online Webstore. We sell only quality furniture made of quality woods, fabrics and materials. Prices are low because products are delivered factory direct and we don't charge retail price. All furniture is new, sealed in factory packaging. Some pieces may require limited assembly. This helps keep the prices of products low.

All Furniture orders purchased through Decorative Concepts Online can be shipped to our Pick-up Location in Idaho Falls, Idaho or we also offer National Drop Shipping to any Residence or Business in the 48 US States (added drop shipping fees do apply). All pricing on our website are pick-up pricing, which means there are no extra costs when picking your items up at our location. We do also offer local delivery and setup if needed. Please contact for a delivery quote.

SHIPPING DURATION:
Shipping does vary on products ordered. Most of our suppliers takes about 5-10 Business days from the day the furniture is ordered and depending on stock. Also consider a shipping delays during the holidays or weather conditions. Contact to check stock and/or for an actual estimated delivery date. Our US made lines that are produced on demand may take up to 2-6 weeks. Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping.

DELIVERY FEES:
We offer VERY COMPETITIVE Residential Delivery options. For an estimated quote on shipping please email us your exact address and what you would like to order. At the manufacturers request, a $20.00 handling fee for Drop Ship shipments will be charged starting March 1st, 2010.


PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Check, Debit, or Credit card through PayPal or The Square. Paypal has partnered with Bill Me Later  - A Finance service to help Finanace any purchase. If you need financing for your furniture orders, this is a great option. Contact for details at Paypal.com. All orders will be ordered when the funds are sufficient. All credit/debit card payments will be charge a 3% fee. We do accept all major credit cards. Paypal now offers FINANCING through Bill Me Later. This offer is brought to you when you check out through Paypal.












NOTE:  If you would like to pay with your Credit/Debit card through Paypal, please contact us and we will set up your payment on the website or we can take your card information over the phone or by fax.





WARRANTY:
Decorative Concepts warranty covers all defects or damages within 10 days of delivery.
This warranty is limited to the Manufacturer's defect under normal use and delivery damage. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. All sofa sets do come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

RETURN POLICY:
Have in consideration that sometimes the colors in the pictures may not be 100% accurate due to lighting differences. There is a no return or exchange policy after purchasing the merchandise. All Sales are Final. No Refunds. However, if a product arrives in damaged condition, Decorative Concepts Online will repair or replace the item as soon as possible at no extra charge to you. Please provide digital images of all damages with descriptions. Do not throw away or damage the product's packaging until you are sure that the product is in good condition. Everything would have to be returned in its original packaging. . DROP SHIPPING
We are excited to offer drop shipping to all of our customers! We listened, and we delivered... All customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered, please, note the damages on the bill of lading. NOTE: Not all Decorative Concepts Online products offered are available for Drop Shipping, please contact for more details.

Inspection of Delivery -Damages: All shipments are insured against damage. In the rare instance that you received a damaged shipment its your responsibility to fully inspect your shipment furniture with the delivery personnel present. Signs of damage include visible tears, dents, holes, etc.. in outer packaging, please ask the driver to stay until you open the packages to inspect the contents to ensure that there is no further damage to the furniture within. It's your responsibility to note all damages present at the time of delivery or you will be responsible for all replacement and repair costs. Any damage caused from shipping MUST BE NOTATED on the BILL OF LADING( receipt) PACKAGES DAMAGES, VISIBLE DAMAGES or INSURANCE CAN NOT BE CLAIMED. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you sign for the PROOF OF DELIVERY with no comments that means you are singing it to be Free and Clear, and that there are no freight damages and we will not be responsible for any futher damages after that. When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure all the merchandise, paperwork is accurate that the correct item(s) and number of cartons have been delivered. Be reasurred that all our suppliers do want our customers to be happy, just as much as we do and they do ensure a guaranteed product.

All defects or damages need to be reported within 10 days of delivery or Decorative Concepts will not be liable. All damages need to be reported with digital images which should include:
A detailed photo of the damage
A photo of the entire piece that shows where the damage is located
A photo of the carton, box or bag
